This is right up there for me, best colour by far. There’s room in my lottery garage for a Rosso Corsa F355 in manual, right next to my Rosso Corsa F40. Anything from Maranello after 1999 just doesn’t cut it for me.

I thought we agreed Cars and Coffee spots were illegal in here, it's more out in the wild spots that we want? Like this, just now... :D

    A trackday.

That reads as it's a 16v, 'valver' not a Williams?

Yeah, LINK was infinitely better, fan speed control is utter rubbish on iCUE.

    Fuel additives/cleaners or premium fuels?

My info is a bit old now, but I was involved in the testing of Momentum back in 2010/11.

Bentley's are for people with too much money credit, and want everyone to know about it.

Are these signs of UCH dying? or something else?

This, don't rule out a duff / dying battery either, especially now the ambient temperature is cooler than previous weeks.

    Fuel additives/cleaners or premium fuels?

I think we get E10 now too, which is 10%, however Ethanol is less calorific than pure petroleum. So boosting a fuels RON with ethanol content is false economy in terms of power release.

    Fuel additives/cleaners or premium fuels?

I can tell you that Shell V-Power and Tesco Momentum are very different. Momentum is made/brewed by a company called Greenergy, who use a large amount of ethanol to boost the RON, certainly a lot more than Shell do. Whether or not they use Shell 95 as the base, I'm not sure...

The Power PC Thread [f*ck off consoles]

So what's the up-to-date take on good racing sims for PC? (Ideally featuring 90's turbo-charged Japanese cars.) I've got a 1080ti driving a pair of 27-inch 4K screens, and it ran the Project Cars 2 demo really well yesterday. First time I've ever gamed on this setup, and it's got me looking at...

I use Corsair K63 wireless, and it's pretty awesome. My first foray into Mech keyboards, and I'm not going back.

Strange then, for it to understeer. 70:30 rear:front fixed torque split iirc, I’ve only been in one and it felt completely planted.

Have you driven a 22B?! Here's mates completely stock 22B 'understeering' all over the place:  A special car, if you ask me. Worth only what people are willing to pay.

Not yet. In my defence it took Mitsubishi another 3/4 years to do a full WRC car, which was an abomination.

IIRC the only thing a 22B shares with the WRC Impreza is the overall appearance!

    Colin MacRaes Subaru

I think that's right, due to the bodywork. (It didn't share panels with the road car.) EFA. :D

The 90's. THESE were the glory days for WRC. I'm not sure if the '97 Impreza was Grp. A or WRC actually.

My old man has owned two of these. You have to be a bit of a headcase to consider it. He currently has one that looks to have an F4R in it. The last one was V6 and it had no end of gremlins, all electrical.

Traction light on a 172 Cup

Yeah, good shout. I’d expect all kinds of electrical gremlins then though, when the non-cup ecu looks for wheel speeds, steering angles, etc etc.

Are you certain it’s a traction control light? Because, they don’t have traction control. Lol

172/182 vs modern hot hatches. On track....

This. You'll be having a much more engaging drive. My 20 year old chav-taxi kicks plenty of newer metal into touch, and I love that about it. There's a reason you can't do a trackday anywhere without coming across a 172/182 in some guise.
