    I've circled where i think 2 are, little hard to tell from the pic, the other 2 will be opposite those.

    They are all underneath, 2 should have covers on(near the sill, the other 2 are next to the exhaust, there are 2 holes in the heat shield. As said you need to jack up 1 side and get right underneath to see.

    Sounds like they are charging 2 hours labour, save the cash, do it yourself and lie to your mum;)

    Its not necessary but if you have uneven areas then go over it with a 2000 grit + , it helps reduce the orange peel effect.
