On mark1's there two bolts under the car on each seat, then you need to undo the two torx on the runner nearest the sill to get them out,not sure if its the same on mk2s though

They are all underneath, 2 should have covers on(near the sill, the other 2 are next to the exhaust, there are 2 holes in the heat shield. As said you need to jack up 1 side and get right underneath to see.

car is jacked up as high as it will go at the moment!
i shall go look by the heat sheild take a picture and show u what i can see!
but tbh cannot see any other bolts

They are behind the heat shielding, so are a little difficult to see unless your right beneath them.

When I changed my seats recently I just took the two bits of plastic trim (One torx screw each) off either side of the seat, undone the 5 nuts(13mm) holding chair down, unclipped a few wires, and repeat in reverse to put back in. Nuts come off so much easier than ones under the car. Less than an hour to do both and was in the dark with a torch as I ccould never find time in daylight hours.
