Obviously look at the sticthing! Its never perfect when it has been sewn back together. There may also be some tear marks. Only other way to tell is to strip the seat down by taking off the leather covers (which you have to do to replace airbag)

Yup as fred says its electrical the issue. Do a search, theres about 4 threads with similar problem and they all contain issues to look at.

More then likely it would have been deployed and sewn back up. Common issue with buying them as most are crashed cars! Otherwise it IS a wiring issue. Simply getting the connectors wrong etc will cause the light to remain on. Are you certain the wiring is correct? As the looms need cutting...

Yup sorry wasnt quite as clear with that. The metal bit which you have to put onto the lamp and twist. Thats the part you need to modify mostly. Put it on the bulb (carefully) and try twisting it on, u will see where it needs cutting from. If you get stuck, PM me with pics so i can see...

I had a quick look at one in a show room car they had in. The renault one felt quite nice, i dont see why the ebay ones shud be much different. They can be practical :)

Sounds like you have replaced the bulb and obviously the useage is brand new. They do recommend changing them in pairs (costly!) but if this is not possible try and use the same manufacturer. Im assuming the ones on the car where probably Philips bulbs and you have replaced it with an...

It all clips into place IIRC. Uses all fixing points already in the car, great for long journeys!

Ok i seem to be having trouble? When connecting the phone to PC are you all using the PC Suite Mode? Once scanning for the phone in NSS, i dont see my Product code etc.... it does see the phone such as the IMEI No. etc.. but nothing else. Also if i check in the Flash menu i still see the...
