The new 450d does look tasty, It seems to close to the 40d though in price.

I've had a slack morning so had a play with HDR. I only had a couple of images on works computer but I quite like the results:

As said I'm going for Quad Q6600, it overclocks to 3.2ghz usually and it'll be ready for when apps and games can take advantage of the extra cores.

I want to get a new monitor soon and I really fancy a 24". The thing that worries me is that not many PC's shall be able to run current games at 1920 x 1200. So if I were to run games at 1024 x 768 would it look pap?

Maybe a night theme as it still goes dark early? Only requires a camera and possibley a tripod?

I love the way your car looks. I hate old shape beemers, but yours just looks right! Did losing the bolted connections mean the sunroof still works? Which can you lap the ring in quicker, golf or bmw?

Should have used binx nuts Ben instead of nylocs. Surely you could find a fixing detail thats nicer than seeing a hex head poking through the dash. Project is looking great though! edit: just read they aren't the final fixings for the dash. lol.

On my pioneer unit I've just connected the parking sensor to a permanent earth and it fools the unit into thinking your constantly parked.

Top of Dash came off to fit mine as well.

My Dads just taken out the sky package and I'm impressed for the price. I'm with Bt and paying twice what my Dad is for a similar connection.

Feel for you Mark, I got broke into pre Christmas, I went through the anger stage and it's not a nice feeling. Were the keys in the door? Hope it all gets sorted. Does sound like they knew what they were going for though.
