I was looking at demon tweeks, they have Luke harnesses which look good, around £130 mark, not really sure if thats good for harnesses or cheap, considering they may save your life in an accident?
I would buy new mounts but also look at this guide as it will save you £££'s and will make the exhaust fit higher up, lots of people have fitted their exhaust and it still doesnt sit right, you just need to adjust it and use cable ties.

Try them as well, the pe2 are the cheapest here i've seen in a long time. They also stock the Hannock RS2's, but not sure of an average price for them.

Petrol is not bad on these at the moment...
Depends how you drive it, a bit of spritied driving and normal day to day driving will see around the 35 ish mpg.
I would just save for six months and then buy one outright if you can. You can get some decent 172 and cups at the moment for good money.
My mate sold his 53 plate 1.4 clio for 2.5k, for 1.5k more you probably get a nice exampe 172. Just a case of saving and waiting and looking.
I would email or phone capitalseating to ask which resistors to get.
Looking at some previous post, people have said the resistors at maplins didnt work?
I'm not to sure, i bought from capitalseating, told them what i wanted it for and they sent it out, is more expensive though.
Tel : 0116...
I like the colour, the cup packs do make a difference, but i would get a 307 splitter, coilovers, plenty choose from, get the wheels done in ampersite and stick a yozza exhaust on, theres a groupbuy going on at the mo, so will be a little cheaper.
Most of all, enjoy the car...
To be honest michelin exaltos are a very good tyre and renault tested the 182 on them both track/road, so it suggests to me its good to stick with them, but i dont use the car everyday anymore and the r888 seems more popular nowadays with the r26r and lotus exige running them. I do have a spare...
yeah PE2's, I had them before and thought they were great, but have been hearing good things bout the r888, but english weather is a bit of a let down to be running them in the wet etc
