Yes i used my hands... Didn't see any problems with it. Clean hands = no grit, and you can get your figers into different bulges etc. Will look into Applicator pads for the polish.

Just got some mf cloths in the post, i useually use my mums 'e-cloth' which is very similar to these. However, which is best to apply polish/wax with? Also, would it be better to use MF to wash the car instead of cheapo wash cloths from halfrauds?

On a more serious note... My gramp has an old abandoned car in his field. Its like all fiber glass, and has 3 wheels i think - or did... its mainly just the chasis left. Looks like some kind of old racer - but i dont think it was :/ Forgot what my dad said it was.

Might try some sand paper... I'll invest in a clay bar first tho. I have a few cleaning products, nothing too aggresive tho i don't think. AG SRP AG Body Shampoo TW Extreme Nanotech Wheel Cleaner Meguires Wax (Carnauba?) Some kind of tar remover, could try that - it's not great tho.
