Advice is to upgrade bits already on your motor with bits from a higher model. Gives the car an original look, but smarter.

It's not union, it's create block. You have to select all the items you want in the block, then make block, then select the pick point.

Try Ctrl+Shift+A or type "group" at the bottom and see if there's an option come up for ungroup. Didn't realise you were running 2006.
