Get the B14's bought in the for sale section at the moment, lad called mitch is selling them and they're practically new.
I've had both the konigsports and the bilsteins, the bilsteins are the better coilovers.
Get AST's or H&R's if you want coilovers for a 182 cup. Dont bother with anything else unless ktec pull there finger out and get the b14's in 182 cup fitment sorted.
Other than that get brand new cup shocks and cooksport springs or trophy dampers and cooksport springs.
When 007 was on 70k the dampers were still rock solid, no leaks or anything. They were cleaned and checked often though and hadnt been refurbed.
I'd say as a guideline after refurbs they seem to last 2-4 years. From a fresh factory set they can last 6-7 years in some cases, I guess it depends...
Anyone seen this

and fancy going to it? Looks like it'll be fun
We normally head down to RS Tuning in leeds for an RR meet as it's one of the most accurate rollers around.
I've also used Evotune in Durham, its a lad I know there and he has a dyno dynamics rolling road so it's pretty accurate.
I could get some prices from him when I see him at the weekend...
Will grab some pics of this at the weekend with the trophy turini's on.
Just bought a litre of Iron X so going to use that with a few brushes and get the wheels cleaned up, then bought some JetSeal to give the wheels a couple of coats of sealent.
Not much else happening with this at the...
Just going to stick with the main roads for now so nobody gets lost, but you're welcome to tell me about it anyway as I go up there all the time by myself
Dave I think every car you sell is for the house fund, then you just spend it on something else anyway lol.
I'd just enjoy the R32 for a while longer as you'll only buy something else as equally thirsty etc
arrange to meet in consett with leeroy brown.
The guys meeting at durham services are following me, we'll be going through crook, wolsingham, frosterley then onto stanhope to meet up with leeroy and you guys if you go up from consett with him.
Didnt rate my spax one bit, even after trying them on every single bloody setting.
I'm still convinced something was wrong with the rear's I had, but according to spax they were fine. You couldnt drive it on the road properly it was disgraceful no matter what you did with it.
Perfect on the...
Yesterday I sorted a deal for a pair of Willwood 4 pots, new brembo discs and ferodo ds2500 pads, braided lines, they should stop the beast easily enough on track days without over working the brakes too much.
After the news about the willwoods I thought it best to do some other jobs on the...
I wouldnt have either of them.
Coilovers personally would be AST's or nothing if your car is a FF. If it wasnt a FF it would be KW V2's.
If it's a road car and you're not a stance monkey then get some trophy suspension
Finally you have a reason to be here ;)
It looks ok mate, would be better to get more of an idea of it's condition with a few more pics.
Have you got a link to the yanoo shift kit? Sounds interesting.
