Quick photo how it stands now James

Yeah it's about 20mm lower on the front. I have raised it up slighty today it's catching the bump at work so I can't keep doing it every day. It's got 3 threads left until I have take the helper out.

Non ha. It was my cat hitting the heat shield. I went messing with it for a bit and it's fixed for now. It sounded like my arb as I had a bush missing and it sounded the same. I have messed about with the height also :)

It made the same sound when I didn't have a bush there. Then it went went now its back but only when I hit a bump.

Yeah I'll look Into getting some of those.

Nope both change in the last 3 months. Not done the two in the middle u think that might have effect?

My car is low and every time there is a hole/bump in the road my arb hits my sub frame. How do I fix this? Or do I just have to listen to it bang all the time.. Any help would be good. Thanks in advance.
