Very strange even for you dave, I wondered why you bought this thing anyway, i mean its clean but a 197 is something I'd never want, gearbox ratio's completely ruin the car for me
Could maybe do it first weekend of may, a bit of a pre-fcs get together, for all those making the journey and get to know everyone a bit better, always found it helps on the evening/show that you know a few people instead of being a billy no mates......what's peoples thoughts?
Sorry about that mate me and my mate in the cup were on our way home on the 66 then saw leeroy and co pulled over so we had a chat and found out they were going back brough way. As this was leeroy's thing I didnt want to interfere too much.
If people want me to plan this one I'm happy to...
Thanks for all the comments, I priced up buying another clio with similar mileage to the monaco, however they would be standard etc.
I think I can get this car done as I want it for around £3500 all in :)
Bought this quite cheap a few weeks back with all the intentions of breaking it if/when it broke itself, I didnt have to wait long until it destroyed itself, first the powersteering letting go followed by some hideous noise with the stop and battery light coming on.
I didnt plan on keeping it...
Looking forward to getting a ride out in this when its all done mate, new engine should look awesome when fitted, are you going to be painting the block?
I've never owned one with MF springs but I've been in one with them, they're ok but I think for the money an eibach sportline is just as good for day to day use
Nice spec, shame about the music on the vids (Not the choice, just lack of engine note). Probably my ultimate spec 200 apart from I'd have kw coilovers on it.
Also did anyone else read the title as Fart?
A reminder for all those going to hartside tomorrow (8th April)

Heres my number...
You'll not be able to go quick enough to cook the brakes mate, I've seen some nasty consequences of people going to fast in busy periods (Bank Holidays), not a pretty sight
