Thinking of going for a stud conversion on my Clio cup, I've spoken to JamesT87 on here about them who says just locktite them in which seems like a decent enough idea.
Only thing is I like to drive it quickly on B roads and plan on driving it on track this year so want to know how safe it will...
Re: Sachs unpin’d, Koni rears and Mark Fish Springs
Standard is the best setting for the road IMO
Get yourself a pure motorsport strut brace & top mounts coupled with a whiteline....nom nom
New wheels are rather special IMO, already been seen on here but only once IIRC.
More updates on sunday when my bro has drilled my turrets For the pure motorsport strut brace and I've got the car put back together
Sounds about right.
However its vital you find out who did the timing belt, when I bought my trophy it was just done by a so called 'specialist' however 5k miles later it blew up due to the timing being out, I'm sure you've picked up from your time on the forum how common it is for garages not...

New purchases include
Bilstein Coilovers
Pure Motorsport Strut Brace and top mounts
Trophy spoiler and smaller boot struts.
Now looking for somemore wheels until I find some 2118s

I'll give him a text and tell him to get on with updates.
It took many hours of correcting, like 24 hours work, but it came back to life with lots of TLC
I enjoy detailing, just not my own car lol.
It gets used for what it was built for, fully intend on buying tracktime, extra tyres, discs and pads etc, then I think the money could be better spent on a turbo build
As JD said, some are a little more extreme than others, however they will be slightly more expensive.
If you dont want to pay a lot of money just make sure whichever member you choose to do it has a good track record with other peoples cars, dont want them damaging your paint with lack of...
