nope. euro one is different to all others. no iso connectors either which isnt exactly a major thing. Its good aslong as you dont like radio. If you want radio properly then uk unit is only one to go for and obviously you get the warranty.
id never entertain buying asian or american units. I sell alpines all day as a job and id rather have the proper thing no matter how much your saving. Up to you tho :)
If you fit it yourself it will not be cat certified as it has to be fitted by a professional certified company etc. Also if you are goin to do it yourself you need to meter all the wires propaerly to ensure that they are and do what you think they are supposed to do. Dont just connect them...
clio pedal feel is never good!!! I bled mine with pressure bleeder till id put 2 litres through it and its never what id call great!!! its probably due to the original calipers flexing and the over servoed nature of renault brakes!!!
Id have them on 3 front 2 rear. Perfect on road especially when ur running the same spring rates as me. :) but yes in short, stiffen rear to reduce understeer. dont forget that the rear is already alot stiffer than the front anyway as has alot less weight over it etc etc. try those 2 settings...
Why do you not advise it then????
Have u driven one with bodies or are you just going by rumours on here from tonnes of others who have never driven one with them, let alone been in one :)
You lose traction control and cruise but not abs!
The car drives 3 billion times better with bodies. Had mine on now for just over a month and its the best money i have ever spent!!!
CAT Cams will give approx 10-15 bhp on a standard engine and will cost about 1k fitted plus mapping on top.
Timed mine with bodies and is about 6.5 but after that is where it starts to come alive cos thats where it starts to make the power :)
Andy at GDI had my car yesterday while he was up at omex for the day. Hes tweaked the map a bit and omg its made a huge difference to the drive of it. I thought...
Nose diving has nothing to do with anything. Can get any car to do it. Not what id be concerned about when deciding what suspension to buy. thats down to the characteristics of the car. spring rates on coilovers will help that
No chance. U gain 30 bhp from them. And a 182 will never produce 180bhp in standard form. More like 170-175 maybe. Its never been dynoed tbh.
All i know is it night and day compared to a standard car :)
