sorry what? idiots peak power is from 4.8k to 6.8k so you change gear when you hit 6.8k to stay above 4.8k in the next gear. if you drive fast might as well shift properly? and no it doesn't my 182 comes on song at 5k...
it doesn't matter if its been on limiter many of times they are brilliant engines and designed for it ! you should be more worried if it was on the limiter on a 1.2 lol
Dont get p zero on the front they are nothing compared to Michelin ps3. the best dry grip which is availble in that size is yokohama ad08. I find a good resource is www.tyrereviews.com

EDIT good deal for 205/45/r16 anyway as they are normally 115 on camskill and if you get four here they are 102 each. this is what im gonna get :)
