I think that if it was the master cylinder, the pedal would be really stiff? I had a similar problem with my old saxo, and it turned out some rubber O rings in the break lines were perished :dapprove:

exactly! yeh, I used to have a 1.1 saxo so the difference is mega! I love it in second when you hit 5k rpm - and it takes off! :D

are they sport contact 3's?? if so you car is going the same way I want mine to go ;). Going for springs, whilst saving for coilies...

good afternoon, Im looking at some new tires. At the moment my cup is running 195/45/16. Would it make a difference (positive or negative) if i were to put on 195/40/16 tires? Or should i stick to the original size? Jonny

Hi, Im after some lowering springs for my 172 cup. Ive seen 2 30mm lowering sets on ktec, the eibach ones and ktecs own. Which would people recommend? p.s. Im not after coilovers before ppl suggest them :rasp: thanks :D

Im from churchtown in southport. Its scary in that the power difference in the two cars ;). and that 1st gear pulls so strongly:D. But we all have to take care in this weather.

ahhh, no dont get me wrong im not going mental. Just trying to get used to a vastly different car. Words cannot describe the difference between it and my old car. Yeh ive heard winter is culling time for the cups :(

Hey all, ive had my cup for 4 days now and having upgraded from a 1.1 saxo its awesomely fast! However flooring it in 1st is terrifying! Does anyone else have any experience of this?

yeh, st was left for dead much to the dismay of ste. and wasnt too bad with the VXR, that torque though.....

Finally picked up my cup today. So we went for a celebratory drive... hope to get some more pics.....bloody winter :dapprove:
