ok, ive got some brand new rear brakes disks for my 172cup, but im unsure of what people mean when they talk about 'bearings' in this context? Do you need new bearings in order to fit the new disks?
All this stems from this page: http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2126&appid=2...
I had the EXACT same noise and symptoms. Take you wheel off and put it back on again. I know it sounds simple, but mine righted itself, so its worth a shot..
I went to wales at the weekend, I got 45 ish MPG for the whole trip. Think thats pretty good. Yeh ive never had it in the 20's, some people must go metal...
I used a wire brush and then sand paper. I found that the sand paper was more effective than the wire brush.
I think mine looks ok; i'll try and get some pics later if you like?
thanks guys, so does this look like it would do the job? Im tempted to replace both at the same time.

hey guys,
My engine management warning light came on the other day. So whilst it was at the garage, my mate stuck his fault code reader in and his said it was something to do with the oxygen sensor - i.e. lambda sensor.
So I was wondering how much do you think it would cost to supply and...
ok, so im after an espace v6 airbox for my 172 cup, but im confused as to which ITG filter goes in it...
Ive found a page that has them http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m35b0s3469p0
but theres 4 differant ones for an espace, does anyone know which one is needed?
thanks
Jonny
hey guys
ok, so ive just been to my local garage to get the wheel alignment done (just fitted my coilies) and the mechanic ( a guy i know) said there was loadsa play in the wheel, he then showed me - and there was!
So new track rod ends and some other end, I cannea remember the name have...
Ahh ok, so the more compressed the spring - the higher the ride height. Its shockingly low atm and it needs wheel alignment doing, might take it to halfrauds for that.
I know this is a stupid question but ive just installed some K-tec coilies and the ride height is waaaaay to low i.e. scrubbing. To adjust them to i need to spin the rings up or down?
I also hope my jack fits underneath 8-S.
Cheers

ive had the EXACT same problem mate, I took my wheel off, put it back on again, and it was fine. I think the problem is if the nuts are not torqued up properly. Its worth a shot anyways
