Dropping the subframe is not the easy way. Ask winston lol. Its not that hard to get the engine out tbh. Youve took the shafts out and disconnected the loom(i take it you took the ecu out to disconnect it) and cooling. Do the exhaust, gear linkage, dogbone engine stabiliser. disconnect the fuel...
Dunno mate. Its pretty consistant. Usually 7.4/7.5. Did with my mate in the car and got 7.8/7.9 and sometimes 8 secs. Id say thats bang on to be honest. Unless you dissagree!
f**kin hell mate, not again. Thers some w**kers out there. Id get a camera on ya drive or alarm it or something. And leave a baseball bat near your door so you can easily grab it next time you see them.
You just have to find a good exaple. My mate had a valve the same year as mine with 60k on it and he had nothin but trouble with it. In one week he had the gearbox go, head gasket starter motor and alternator. Wheres mines done 100k+ with no trouble in 2 years. tbh though, they are all as bad as...

Ive ran 7.2, 7.4, 7.5 7.7 7.9 and 8.1 with my g-tech.
Its down to pull off. A 172/182 will probably knock half a second off its 0-60 time with a good pull off/driver
