apex are rubbish!!! buy eibachs. prolines are good but dont lower as much sportlines are not as good but still great and miles better than apex, i have sportlines, they lower well, even with my 15" super t's. eibachs all day long pal.

the strut brace does bolt into the metal rather than the wing. the best thing to do is to buy some proper nuts and bolts, remove the strut and bolt it in properly, self tappers will not provide enough strength. as for the metal your bolting onto, its fine, the struts will try to flex inwards...

rear strut braces dont creek if you grease them first. could be bushes or the rubber on the top and bottom of your springs perished, get under and have a good look.
