Not on the 19 it doesnt. And I would imagine Renault used the same set up on the Clio, it is the same engine after all.

The aux water pump should run every time you turn the car off. Thats how its set up on a 19 anyway. Even if you just put the key in, turn the engine and remove the key, the pump will kick in. However - it doesnt really make much of a difference - I had the pump on my old 19 disconnected in fact...

My geographical knowledge of Scotland is appaling, but are you anywhere near Glasgow? I have a friend there who works out of his own garage, and is VERY reasonable on cost..

Well, youll need inlet & exhaust manifolds and throttle body from a Clio16V, as the 19s wont fit. Although its the same engine, a few parts are different to manage to squeeze the engine in the Clios bay.
The zaust - you could get away with using the backbox, the rest certainly wont fit..
