Yeah, T cut is crap Mate. I did an old Rover a few months back started with T-Cut but it was unless so I turned to the Meguiars paint cleaner which did the trick. Also for future reference T-Cut is a surface prep not polish.

Yes they should come out to you where ever. I had one on my VTR done (at home) and it leaked! I had to go to their centre to get it fixed! Luckerly it was only 4 miles away but I was still pissed off!
