Well they would have had to have paid a license fee to an independent body to use your images, which should be waiting for you to claim it as the owner. But I doubt they have done this, so a polite email telling them to stop using your images should suffice. Recently an eBay seller started...

The BBC article said that if a company or person wants to use your image, they have to prove that they have tried to contact you. Once the 'independent' body is happy with their attempt at contacting you, they are then allowed to use your image but must pay the independent body a licensing fee...

So far no scratches no. But I had my iPhone 5 in a rubber case before and it got marks on it so I don't think anything can prevent the stupid grey metal getting marked / scratched! Annoying but so far this vapor pro has been great!

The single player and also Spartan Ops is brilliant!!! (Spartan Ops really gets epic from half way when 343 had everyone working on it! - crazy stuff!)

I play almost every night, clocking in nearly 300 hours so far lol. I never sleep! (and no I am not an ASBO thats unemployed, I work full time lol!)

I use Jasmin for YouTube, best app by far! You can modify settings to play at high res.
