Pretty much every single relay seems to make a rather loud clicking sound in my car. Windows / lights / wipers etc etc. Would changing this for new ones resolve the issue?

Can you retrofit an intercooler from either the 80 or 100 varietys to the 65? Just thinking it may help things along if and when you remap a 65?? Or am i talking rubbish?
