I like your style, rid of those 6x9s. ugly!!!
You need one to buy some components that have a separte crossover that you can mout in the dash along with the tweeter and you can use the current wire to the doors to power the mid woofers.
I would get some JLaudio components
Replace the rear...
The latest one used in recent models eg Golf Mk4, and the old ones above used for the Golf Mk3.

OUCH!!
I know, I was just showing the closest ones that are of the same design. It would be better if they did manufacture a smooth one in this design (without the inset design) , tyipical!
For your sake I hope they work, when are you expecting them? (post a photo when done)
In My clio I has tweeters in the dash and mid woofers in the doors. I replaced just the door cones with some JBLs, I still have the standard tweeters.
To check in the dash remove the air vent to access the compartment behind the grill. Yes the TWEETER has four cables two inputs (from the...
My wording sounded like the xenons are not legal, what I ment was that they are ONLY legal with autoheight adjustment eg 172Mk2. Lots of cars have had xenons retro-fitted (that have no auto-height-adjustment) but only for off-road use. But everyone ignores that fact, but as long as you have the...
but arnt too big, well too long?
Anyway those in the picture are quite hard to find. but do have the reflective back, maybe not with a smooth finish as the VWs have but I think its the closest one is going to get, a comparison:

I have noticed that cars with lenses eg Clio 172 Mk1 dont really work with blue coated halogens (Philps Blue Vision/Piaa), but they do work quite well with reflectors. If you were to spend about £50 on one of the PIAA range bulbs, which have a "bluer" coating they might just work. Shoparound...
Ben_1uk, It is best if you can put the tweeters on the dash pointing up to the windscreen so it reflects at about eye level, then you will get superb high frequencies.
I have only replaced the mids (JBL) in the doors in my rt and left the standard renault tweeters, I still have the JBL...
People out there who own an 1.4 rt, can you help me?
I would like to tune my clio but I dont what to do and where to start. I have been to Hill Power to see that they have various chips and engine mods.
Is there anyone who has had their rt tuned or had engine modifications and what do you...
Autotintdesign dont do that rear spoiler, any ideas?
" the spoiler is a combination of two bonded together which came with the kit and the standard spoiler on the sport"?????
What does this mean?
Have you a higher res image of photo 7, So we can have a closer look at the rear spoiler. Its the best spioler I have seen for a long time and it looks really subtle.
The first ones, standard white. They are exactly the same colour as zenons. As we all know zenons product an incedibly white light on the verge of blue, so the sides look just like a smeller set of zenons.
The product code for these is H263, from the website listed earlier at the top of this...

Yeah its true, Blue Visions Sides look good if you have halogen headlights.
The Blue Vision Sides are legal and think the LEDs are as well (not sure). I have had them in my clio for about 6 months (yes, i do drive with them on throughout the day) and have never been stopped.
