the volume from the viper depends on the length of the feed pipe and its location. mine goes all the way down to the fog lamp and does'nt seem that loud. i may just be deaf tho from my exhaust LOL

^ do it, if it clicks when you turn the key try givin the starter a tickle with a nice big hammer

i use white spray grease with PTFE 'cos it keeps out moisture and resists salt

i think its a common problem on the vee, they are individual pencil coils and failing is what they do best. make 'em change all of them
