Well..... It holds the top of the struts basicly stopping the struts from getting closer or further apart in heavy cornering. Keeping the chassie hard is a must when cornering fast as when it flexes you lose the suspension genometry etc...... Only worth while if you get some good shocks and...

Ive removed mine..... Yes the filter gets wet when it pisses hard and yes it picks up lots of dirt but long as u clean it regular it seems to have more power with the plastic bit off.....

I just dont bother telling them sh*t.... From experience they dont even check your car for suspention etc etc.... It sits in storage for ages before anyone goes to see it and you just remove ur induction and exhaust say the exhaust fell off and thats it.....

220 Gtis are 140bhp standard so if he is lucky he will be pushing 155 at the flywheel..... They weight about 1.5 tonne though and when u corner them the back end slides big time..... Your have no trouble with ur car mate...

Its got a 6 SPEED SEQUENCIAL GEARBOX It wont have hardly any top end but it will get there fecking quick!

A friend of mine went in for his first 18000 service for his 1.2 16v... He needed a few bits done like window screen wipers etc etc was quoted about £160 I think.... He phoned them up to see if it was done andit was, he asked the price and they said 600 fecking quid!!!!!!! Cant remember what...
