Bought some of these on Thursday, thought the noise cancelling was good, the case was nice and the general form was good.
Unfortunately I had to return them on Saturday as they just didn't fit my ears well, even after 20 minutes they made my ears ache really badly, regardless of ear tip size...
I've got some QC35s and would not expect anything that good for in-ears. Use my airpods at work as they don't cut out so much noise you cant tell when someone is talking to you haha - guess that rules out the need for the AirPod Pros
I’m properly in two minds over these, pretty expensive considering you can have the new Bose 700s for just over £300.
But, my AirPods are a few years old... and these ones look pretty swish, and they’re available for pick-up today 🤔
Just finished playing around with some of the new Catalina features, apart from the faff of setting up security privileges for most of my apps after the update (screenshots now need bespoke privileges ) i'm liking the stuff they've introduced.
Not hugely bothered about them splitting out...
Played this for the first time in ages yesterday after i bought ghost recon and wondered why I hadn’t played RDR2 in so long.
still good, but needs serious time investment to get into it.
You'll never get big speeds through VPN, 20-30mbps is the norm for me, fine for streaming etc.
As for dropping out, ExpressVPN has a function that blocks internet traffic if the service drops so you don't accidentally start browsing unprotected if the client dies or whatever.
I’ve had good experience with ExpressVPN and believe they get pretty good reviews at a fairly competitive price.
similar features though, choose which country your traffic is routed via etc.
Have you tried fiddling with the motion blur picture settings? Can’t remember exactly what they’re called but it tries to make films look better which doesn’t look great on games.
No sleep tracking yet but I believe it’s an incoming feature.
in terms of tracking, if you go for a run, this is what you can see
tapping on the map gives you a full map of route
I'm really glad I upgraded, already enjoying the bigger screen and having gone for more storage you can just store everything on the device care-free.
Went on a stroll at lunch time and took this:
I see this thread descending into apple vs android
Anyway... they’ve done a tear down of the 11 Pro Max and are saying the battery is 25% bigger than the XS Max, this excites me lots
Samsung must be pretty confident they have fixed absolutely every issue with the Galaxy Fold, especially if they've got the cheek to charge 2 grand.
Wonder if it's a gimmick like 3D or if it'll become the norm....
Virgin have given me a recurring £25pm discount because they can’t figure out how to do a credit check to setup the Virgin Mobile part of my package 😂 only been 3 months... clowns
If you looked solely at phones then I suspect most would choose android, especially given the variety. Even after all these years of having an iPhone the lack of major updates is frustrating, but in the wider ecosystem I think that’s what sells the iPhone, certainly what stopped me going to the...
So upgrade program is £71pm, but taking the trade-in value from my X and splitting that across the 11 payments takes it down to 42pm, plus 18pm for my EE 50gb sim is c.£60pm
