I changed the dials + set milage to what old ones read (when changed) They used to be orange. The reason I changed them was because I had no rev counter!!! which in a clio 16v suxs lol. Oh and its a 1993 k reg.

Im with bell. 18 years old. Fully comp. 1 years ncb. Drive a clio 1.8 16v. Mods: Alloys, lowering, exterior deco changes, interior deco changes, full system exhaust with de cat + manifold changes and big brake conversion. 977.50 a year! BARGAIN.

I have owned my clio 16v since Oct 2004 Breakdowns are prob somewhere around 8 - 10 times now and prob around 20 trips to the garage! Costs to run depends, some months it has been 500 quid or more (when the head gasket goes or gearbox decides to loose reverse!!!!) Normally tho around 100...

When was the car last serviced? When were spark plugs changed etc?

Have you checked to see if its getting a spark?

I think: RT is just over 6,000 rpm Valver is just over 7,000 rpm Willy is just over 6,500 rpm Not sure of the rsi?

That body kit makes the car look loads better.

I just got a valeo clutch kit which cost 94.64 from renault.

I myself would never touch the water pump. The pump is very low down on the engine + there is hardly any space to work with = pain in the arse.
