if you have a seized piston it wont be intermitant it will stay seized every time you press the brakes i pritty sure that you dont have to change the bearing on the rears i have never come across this unless clio 182s are the only car to have this have you checked the discs for hair line cracks ?
had my valver for about a year but ive just brought another one in much better nick im a regulare at retro-renault but they have a shortage of members but anyway am breaking one clio 1.8 16v got alll the parts and il get some pics up of the one ive just purchased cheers
After some help guys :recently clio has been playing up can get in it starts and drives fine after a journey of say 15-20 miles stop the car leave for any amount of time and wont start .It turns over but wont fire up .its so random any info would be great cheers
my went to powerflow got it done on his pug 306 and it sounds awsomes spits and stuff pops and when u drive behind u can see the combustion taking place up the exhaustes
could be anything random mate if u got a turbo then ur boost gauage temp volts at battery volts at amplifier and the dash u get out of the older modles
ive got a mk1 phase 3 r reg and can anyone tell me where i can find the negative wire off the coil my car has no distributor its got one of those electronic black boxes any help would be most appreciated thanks
instuctions say red 12v ignition switch
black engine ground
green on standard ignitions green wire attaches to coil negative(-) or electonic ignitions such as wire to tacho terminal
yellow 12v battery +
can anyone give me some more help
ive bought an after market rev counter for me car due too it being a 1.2 and not having one and got instructions on how to fit it but there not too clear was wondering if any mechanically minded people can help me cheers
