You could go to the dealer and ask for the tyre foam but I'm afriad you don't get a spare wheel/tyre in cups. You should have a wheel changing kit though, ie jack, brace etc...

Is there not a dial next to it? For headlight level adjustment? Mt cup has it although if you have xenons you may not have it, some else will help you there.

In my engineering point of view (i've been doing it 10 years) a helicoiled thread will give a much longer life than the thread in an aluminium head as you are effectively replacing a soft aluminium thread with a stainless steel one.
