i had mine and did 8 thousand miles in 2 +1/2 years.it had 19k on it and i was the fourth owner. The problem with the car is A. the fuel costs and B. U dont want to leave it anywhere!!!

as for writing it off they probably will, to give an idea the front wings cost over 2 grand!! i would guess a rear quarter would be similar in price!!

i am missing the sound from the v6 and feel the trophy is a bit quiet so fancied a stainless backbox or system. Was checking out GDIs website and saw they sold the magnex exhausts for the trophy.

im a little bit disappointed with the lack of exhaust noise from the trophy, especially after coming from a v6, i can hear a stainless coming when the funds allow.
How much is a decent back box for the 182??

i have been to Seafield coachworks when i got my 172 repaired. They painted the wing and bonnet, only problem was i was unhappy with the match on the wing and took it back and they sprayed it again no worries. They seemed to be good enough apart from this.
Not sure about customer work though...
