I know when I had to jump my old clio after the battery had gone flat that the immobiliser played around. As Adam0o has said, is the immobiliser light going out?

It was pretty tidy, had Tein Coilovers and a few other bits. Had it in at work for a full geo ready for track. So was just taking it out to check the setup
My gut instinct would be to say the timing belt slipping was an effect.
I could be wrong but i would possibly say that the engine dropped a valve which caused the timing belt to slip a couple of teeth.
Brian what set up is that? Brembo's off the shelf item or from a vehicle? Also what size disc's?
