Cheers Longy! Do you have to keep the ISDN lines? I think they are looking at the IP phones, possibly the Avaya 4620 / 5620 handsets. What add-ons / daughterboards would they be likely to use? Yeah I've heard VPN phones being called 4 letter words before lol. Luckily it's probably not me that...
