If they only come on automatically when it's dark they're working fine. If they're coming on automatically in broad daylight, THEN you have a fault. It'd most probably be something obscuring the sensor at the top of the windscreen (behind the rear view mirror)/

My K-Tec Supersport one sticks out about another half an inch when it gets hot, but it's never broken in any way, shape or form. I don't think John's had any issues with his Miltek one either.

Nope. The 5K kick is just down to the design of the engine. It's when it reaches its "volumetric efficiency". There's a thread on it somewhere. The VVT on these Clio's is just there to satisfy some bullshit EU regulation on noise or pollution AFAIK.

The Wilwood kits will fit behind most 15's yes, but you're always best off checking clearance before buying.. The Hi Spec and Brembo kits need at least 16 inch wheels AFAIK, and you should still check for clearance first just to be on the safe side.

VVT doesn't do anything past about 1,500rpm. It's only there for economy / emissions purposes.

The engine will rock about if the dogbone mount bush is knackered too. It's one of the things my car's having replaced this week to sort the exact same problem.
