does he have drive in second?
circlip has gone then its like someone has the clutch down all the time (hence being able to roll it in reverse) and speedo doesnt always have drive when the circlip goes. (mine didnt)
only way to tell really is striping down bit by bit.
best thing to do is new...
recon you could get hght k's (maybe 5-6) in a private sale easy if it was finished.
Perhaps even more. Oh and kudos on the choice of kit. the maxi is pure sex. :D
Diff circlip.
drain the box, whip off the pass wheel remove the shaft and you'll see the diff. circlip will probly be chewed up.
mine looked like this when i had a similar problem:
Re: wheel teaser, caution sex wee content
alothough in fairness to taylor who says those will be the wheels tested come MOT time, hence the major flaw in the system.
Only thing to worry about is mr VOSA. :D
yeah feels like a much harder plastic (which esentialy it is) has like a glassy sheen to it feels smoooth or oily, doesnt offer any resistance like a normal tyre.
Could also be that its been there since new and the moudling compound has hleped breakdown the tyre.
a good MOT tester should fail...
If its a pilot SX check the DOT code.
Tyres go shiny when the silica breaks down, tyres have a 5 year shelf life and sx's were discontinued a while ago.
As tyre manufacturers put silica in the formula to give better grip (thus making the milage of a tyre shorter) it could explain your problem.
As said PE2's or F1's are the best bet but the pirellis are far superior to your current tyres.
shop around for price but get them changed soon as your current tyres are shite.
(also the first bit of good advice iv ever heard from a kwik fit "tehnition" :P)
Hydraulic lock IMO (as people have said engine sucks in water and ties to compress it and a liquid doesnt compress. bent rods, knakred crank bearings etc.)
should be fixable but not cost effective. would look for a new engine mate.
Where to get boot disks from as from microsoft you can only download ones to floppy and both machines use CD boot for their master boot system.
Tried asking what went wrong and i got a story that obviously was in fantasy land.
Also how to enter BIOS upon boot its like F5 or something right?
Came home tonight and the family computer has "broken" and im trying to sort it.
Basically turn the machine on and it runs the boot system as usual up till the windows splash screen would come on at this point it says to insert systm disk and press enter.
we were never supplied any OS software...
If it was for price they would have used 195's as they are cheaper (for original production) and they can put a larger mark up when selling during service.
AFAIK its to do with suspension geometry and weight of vehicle.
More difficult to fit though IIRC as you need to chop and splice the loom.
Only really better if going ITB route as AFAIK it has larger ports and a coil pack instead of a dizzy.
wouldnt bother looking for another renault lump to fit as they arent usualy a straight swap.
F7R/F7P engines should sit straight in (willy and valver)
Hybrid engine (F7R from a 2L meggy etc with a valver head)
R5 turbo should work
Volvo 1.7T
Vag 1.8 (would need more work)
172 engine (needs more...
Yep, if they are the in wheel ones most tyre places will smash f**k out of them and if they are abs fed we all know what renault are like with abs...
Also i dont really see the point of TPS on non runflat tyres, can tell if its flat
