if its a 60watt alpine unit then it should be connected directly to the battery via a fused feed to minimise voltage drop. any alpine unit that is less than 60 watt is fine to be connected to the iso. hope that helps.

i work for a hi fi shop in cheltenham and alpine is by far the best headunit manufacturer. the ipod interfacing is fantastic and is easy to use. ive fitted soooo many of them and used loads. great product. hope that helps. the one to go for is the cda9850ri. great value for money :D
cda on alpine units does NOT mean auxillary input. it means A I Net connection on some alpine units. this can be used as an aux connection but only on later units!
ive got a 2005 clio 182 cup and want an exhaust for it but i am trying to find out which is the quietest. i have been told either the magnex or the janspeed? can anyone shed any light on this for me please. thanx. dan
dont put the tweeters on the top of the dash as they will sound awful and very in your face. to get the best possible sound and a decent sound stage in the front u need to position the tweeter as close to the mid range as possible.
