As above, I have a 182 surround with approximately 3cm missing from one side (a bit that has snapped off/melted) Is there anyone that could/would repair this cheap if its even possible?

Just got to work, stopped at ECPS on my way... Got a new U bolt (54mm) and returned the olive clamp for one that looks like a fancy jubilee clip with a rim that is the right size for the cat section. So both clamps replaced for hopefully the right ones :D

I dont know (it is on my car... catalyst LOL) but the guy looked it up on the system from my reg and said thats how it connects :)

Update - Ok! Fitted the eurocarparts (more expensive) clamp onto the OTHER END (CAT SIDE) of the center section (which turned out to be flanged) and it fits very nicely! So I believe they gave me the right cat>center section clamp. Pics of the cat side... and with the clamp trial fitted...

I have the sealent. So i need a U clamp for the cat>center section too? (even though that isnt in the pics?)

got them out finally! now I cant clip the drivers side level back in because my fingers are too big and theres less space than the passenger side! :(

Right... heres my problem. All the switches use to work and everythings plugged in correctly! - Passenger side switch brings passenger window down but doesnt raise window again - Drivers side switch for passenger window brings it up AND down (as normal) - Drivers side switch for drivers window...

Yeh I think this is what was already on my plates as it took a scotch pad and some work to get all the residue off! But it could have easily been done with a heat gun and some polish, i was just impatient.

Ah ok, I wont be swapping plates regularily so i've just ordered the sticky foam pads

Removed all my doorcards etc and trying to remove the exterior handles! I've undone the 2 nuts but how the hell do u take them off the metal rail? Tried to unclip it but am a bit stuck :(
