Mine had a rattle when going over rough roads, speed bumps etc. Turned out the rear heat shield was hanging off and tapping the back box. Oops just hijacked it my self now :o my bad

I have just looked at the wiring diagram i have and it says its on the same fuse as the central locking etc F21 5amp fuse. Just one other thing, have you checked that its earthed? Tbh if your dash lights still work i'd have thought it would be the unit that was shot, not a wiring or fuse problem.

Have made sure the plug on the back has not worked loose?
