could u not drill a small hole in em thats hardly noticeable then put some sort of screw in em. would make it more awkward to get em off.

is 10w 40 ok mate? semi synthetic?? Thats what I use in my valver thats done 69K. seems to run fine and it spends a lot of time at high revs once warm. Is tappy when cold though.

anyone ever thought of fitting a 19 16V pipe and having the filter fitted to that? the K and N doesnt fit onto the throttle body on them. that would give a bend wouldnt it? Ill have a try and see if it hel[s cos my mate has one.

I havent checked the ECU number yet mate. Its in and running perfect so i imagine its fine.

After having ecu problems I managed to get hold a Renauly 19 16V ecu from a phase 2. Do you know if there is any difference? I noticed the chips inside looked like they were placed different. Will the power and torque be the same? I swear it feels quicker now, or am i just kiddin myself!

I hope the chip is compatable. Its a R19 chip. But heard of these being fitted to clios ok
