Hey all, I'm Olly, from Leicestershire. I found and joined the forum last week, while I was on the look out for a 172 cup, having a search for information and asking a few questions :D Since then I've bought a silver 172 cup and been posting on here for the past few days! Now I'm a paid up...

Re: My new 172 cup I had to wait around this morning for some tyres to be delivered, so while I was waiting in I thought I'd make a start on cleaning up the engine a bit! :D Still got lots to do, as I don't think it's ever been cleaned, but certainly an improvement already :cool:

Spotted today, around 1:50pm parked up along Welford Road :D Pretty sure there were stickers in rear side windows :)

While looking for a 172 cup or 182 the past couple of weeks, I was shocked at how little some Renault dealers knew about them! :eek: Perhaps RS specialists within existing dealerships would be an improvement and more workable too! :)

Re: My new 172 cup haha! I was surprised at how well the wheels cleaned up! I honestly don't think the valeter had touched them at all on Friday! That was with the purple haze dodo juice too, as that's all I had. I'll have to get some stuff for lighter colours, but considering that's supposed...

Re: My new 172 cup Cheers! Not a camera effect for the photos, just a basic edit...sharpening, slight adjustment of colour curve and minor desaturation. I tend to use the same technique on most photos :D

Gave it a proper clean today! Shattered now, was literally on it all day! :eek: There's a few bits of tidying up to do; front splitter, couple of parking dints on the offside near quarter and wheel refurb. But, I'm very impressed with the condition of it :D I took some photos, which I posted...

Picked up my 172 cup on Friday, spent most of Saturday having fun in it, then today giving it a proper clean :D The front splitter's missing, so it's getting a carbon replacement, and the wheels will be having a refurb in the near future :)
