mate has found a well nice 2 year old sti8 with ppp pack on. price of these cars has drop a lot second hand as the new ones come with ppp for free now. theres even a 2 year old one in auto trader for about £11999

i see a sneaky van sitting on top of a bridge over the A12 in essex he was almost behind a bush but when i got closer ya could see the cam pointing down the road @ us not sure if it was getting the traffic going away from it or coming towards it but you could hardly see it.

nah your correct in thinking its ok because on down cahnges it does make the transition from a high gear to a lower gear very smooth. it cant do any harm if done properly. and sounds like you have got it almost spot on.

Justin Thats called Speed shifting and is note advised on your normal road car. i think drag cars use that way of doing it .but its not good on gear boxes. plus im sure all cars now have a thing called a synchronizer which does the same things a dd clucthing. only used to do it in old cars has...

i have found optimax to be better than all the others i have tryed. my mate never used to put optimax in his type r but when he did he said it made the engine feel so much more smoother and revd more free than before. he couldnt beleave the difference it made. all he uses now is optimax
