    have the above problem my old man said it might be my pads wearing down but i dont think so, when i'am braking hard it feels as if my brake pedal is scraping along the road , any suggestions?

    new to this, just seeing if 17s would fit without any hassle??, ie modifying the arches. my car is an 03 1.2 16v if that helps
