FIXED IT :D I took the leads and plugs off again and put them all back on taking care - it runs perfect now and revs SO MUCH more freely. Thanks to all everyone for suggestions :)

I believe there is a foglight mount for the ph3's - I remember when I was looking for some when I had a ph3 that I had to have clio specific mounts and the same foglight was used in other renaults of that age. Best bet is to find one in a scrappy - youll need the fog light switch out the dash...
