The pics show that this isn't a renault dealership so you could go to your nearest and ask them to check any history that they have on the car to see if it had the software update from renault that partially remedies this problem. Since having it done to my F1 it is very rare that the car...
Spotted an RB 182 travelling towards Tesco at about lunch time today. I was in the red 197 - sorry i didn't wave but I couldn't believe that I had seen another RS!!
197 spotted whilst i was driving down Carpenters Down, and the 200 spotted exiting Festival Place via car park B!
Both cars were very clean and looked fantastic. Definitely the 2nd best colour! ;)
Spotted a blue 182 waiting at the roundabout near festival place, and a shiny black 172 with xenons (i think) leaving Chineham shopping centre. I was in the red R27. Anyone on here?
Thanks for the replies.
Actually I did mention it to Rentech when it went in for its service and was told that it is normal for these engines to often show a low water temperature so i left it at that. It has since gotten much worse.
Ok when i take the car in i will leave have a word with...
Hi, just got back from Southampton and the Clio is poorly.
It's an 06 campus sport (i'll never break any world records), that has had one service at Rentech (15,000 miles).
For the last 1500 miles the car has had an intermittent fault that coincides with my water temp gauge showing no temp...
yes it is 18,000 miles, but unless someone can show me that it is a good idea to leave it that long then i think it's far too long to wait. The car does do about 60 miles per day on the M3, would that make it more necessary to change the oil early?
Thanks for the quick response
Hi guys I would read my warranty docs, but they are 150 miles away in my flat!
I'm planning on having my clio serviced at 11.000 miles(1.2..don't laugh!), and the missus knows a bloke who retired after selling his garage. I know the parts used must be genuine Renault to maintain the warranty...
Thanks for the replies.
I have access to fairly short 20m hose that i could use, hopefully this will do the trick.

ABOVE: i think this is the one that i will go for.
The 'ssf' looks good might also try 'PB super slick and suds', maybe just stick with Gold Class as i have just bought 1.9L in 3 for 2 at Halfords.
Any other suggestions and i will have a look.
Thanks for the quick reply.
I have heard about the superspray and hace seen videos that show the AB foam lance, superspray and gilmour.
To be honest i'm not too bothered about the extra money as the gilmour, whilst being more expensive, does seem to produce thicker foam that dwells for longer...
Hi, been here for a while and have noticed that more and more people are discussing Gilmour type foam 'guns'. I have done some research and it seems that there is very little between this and a foam lance, (apart from the adjustability of the Gilmour). I do not have a pressure washer, so would...
Just found this on the bay. Looks interesting then i saw the bit about 0.0% CO2 emissions. Can a car that combusts hydrocarbons in the presence of oxygen actually produce emissions that contain NO carbon dioxide...
...after 1650 miles!
The seat in question is the drivers seat in a campus sport. The material is becoming 'bobbley' on the leg bolster and the area behind my lower back.
Took it back to S*****s Renault in Portsmouth this morning and was told that they would change the cover...but this would...
I have a campus sport and have discovered that the standard renault cd player will not play mp3 files. It will play audio cds but these obviously hold a limited amount of data in that form. So does anybody know of a multi changer that is compatible and will play mp3 files from cd-r?
Cheers
