Im running new standard shocks and sportline springs. The sportlines only lower the car 20-30mm so doubt you will see any problems.

For the interior plastics I use fairy liquid mixed with water, then a good scrub with a cloth works a treat. No need to waste money on these fancy cleaners IMO

I had the same problem. It does screw off, but I think they corrode over time and you cant get it off. I bought a brand new shorter aerial and base off ebay for about £10. You can take the base off easily, its just held on by 1 bolt. Pop off the interior light cover below it in the interior then...

Ye you have to take the handles and bootlock off to spray them. It requires taking the door cards off and then you will see they are bolted on. The bootlock you have to remove the plasic cover on the inside of the boot to get at it. I bought some replacement handles and bootlock and had those...
