I found MRM way too expensive for work i was getting done. Citi were very reasonable and they did a really good job. Plus they (or at least they did) give you a free wash and valet.
Theres a place in the Telferton Industrial Estate (between Sir Harry Lauder rd and Portabello Rd) called MRM who, although are a coachworks, I think do wheel refurbs. They are also based out next to Murrayfield too.

I would phone round some...
Just haggle a bit. I usually phone up to order and say I've been quoted cheaper elsewhere and they just knock the price down to beat the quote.
Yes, big dogs, rather unnerving when you are met by a barking Alsation at the top of the sairs!!
Oops a bit late with this but for future reference try Auto Image up at Fountain Bridge.
Fitting and balancing is free, or at least has been the last 2 times I've been. Might be built into the price for the tyres but for the most part the tyres I've gone for they've sold and fitted for less...
Spotted yesterday, around 5ish, heading towards the Portabello roundabout.
Mk2 Phase 2 non-RS Clio. 17's, Maxi Rally tailgate spoiler. Dark turquoise blue and ..........covered in silver graffix, chequered flag type thing over the rear quarter panels and silver brand names down the doors and...
This morning on the way to work.
Black Mk2, non-RS I think, 17's on and a single centre exit oval pipe at the back, smoked lexus lights. Looked like it had the Gia Cuzzo body kit on.
Turned off Leith walk onto Duke St and then along to turn left down Leith links direction at the roundabout.
Powder blue 197 spotted yesterday around midday at the Shell petrol garage at the roundabout junction of Ferry Rd, Crewe Rd etc.
Still not a big fan of the shape but look pretty nice nonetheless.
This morning, heading south bound down Liberton road from the lights at the juntion with Craigmillar Park and road down to Cameron Toll. Sped off down inside of me and left up towards Gilmerton.
182 Trophy spotted this morning on the way to work, about 8.45am.
Red, heading towards Cameron Toll direction, was being driven by a woman I think!
Also Silver 172 Cup heaidng in the gilmerton direction a minute later.
Non-rs spotted on Whittlets Rd, saturday afternoon. Tints and alloys and privare reg I think, was heading out passed the racecourse and turned in towards maccy D's.
Spotted on Saturday there, between jcts 12 and 13 westbound.
Silver Mk2 Ph2 non-rs I think but had turinis (again not too sure) and a 182 style exhaust. A bloke was driving and about to run into a whole lotta traffic.....
Just think they look simpler and neater. The cuzzi ones seem to extend up the bodywork a bit and look more just stuck on rather than the 172's which are more of a 'natural' extension of the sill which they shoudlbe since they were designed for the Clio in the first place.
Each to their own...
Both the A539's and Toyos are rubbish in the wet. I've had both, wouldn't touch either of them again.
Eagle F1's are pretty good, Uniroyal Rainsports, Dunlop SP's...
Got Hankook ventus on at the moment and they are ok and heard good things about Vredesteins.
That sites a tad expensive. Prima do the same front valance for less money. If you want side skirts get the 172 look ones.....

Sell yours put a few £k towards it and your've got a ready made 172 with 250bhp on tap...
You might as well sell the motor, add the few grand it would have taken to buy, fit and spray the dimma and get one already done....

Don't be a sheep. Go for something different, every other CS has turinis or SL's and the fact some are a bit lighter than others makes sweet ***** adams difference, you'd never be able to tell in the real world IMO.
Go on be a rebel ;)
Its owned by a lady who I used to work with at a company in Heriot-Watt research park but she may have sold it on by now. I always had a good look round it in the work car park each day!!
Lovely motor.
I knew my exhaust was making a racket and I knew where from. Following a service I was told that I needed a whole new manifold and down pipe, whihc would have to be special ordered for an extra £50 on top of the £480 parts and labour to fit it. Puzzled I took my car away, got an independent...
Vredestein tyres are excellent, especially the Sportrac. Well priced and fantastic in UK 'winter' conditions, great choice mate.
But you can't compain about a price hike before you make the purchase. If they did that after you ordered them fair enough, prices go up but they can also go down...
