    A custom back box could alleviate the issue as usually ther is less insulation and/or bigger bore therefore heat dissipation will occur on a faster rate and the metal will be asked to expand less to accomdate this heat energy.

    Ahem, The outside temp is relevant to the air con. Although the climate contol is a closed loop system and work off interoir temp, the outside temp is considered as if too could, could cause the system to ice up!

    dentmaster uk will sort it. Have used them myself. Cost depends on location and level of difficulty to remove. They dont use heat. They push out low spots andtap in highs - its really an art form!! Be warned they are never invisible, but they look a million times better!
