I have got nearly 9k in mine to, its done 36k. Had all new brakes the other week, brembo and ds2500, x4 PE2's a couple thousand miles ago. Belts, water pump 36k service ect earlier on in the year.

Lol Sam So i am guessing just undo the bolts at the top and bottom of the strut, strut comes out? Remove old top mounts and bearings, fit new and build back up?

So what oil do people reccomend? Any 5-40 fully synthetic? I used to change the oil every 5k on my 106gti, will be doing the same to the Trophy.

Mine is standard apart from brembo discs and ds2500's on the front, when the exhaust gives up i will have a custon stainless made, i dont want a loud one at all, just an exact copy of the oe item will do me fine

Well not a choke as in a carb obviously, but more fuel will be injected when the engine is cold so i wondered how long extra fuel is put into my 2.0l injected clio :approve:

I like both cars, the V6 is a mint looker, meg cool track day toy. But if i was spending 20k on a track day car i would be thinking elise/ exige/ VX220 Turbo or dont you like them Ash? Your money of course mate i arent telling you what to do
