lol. Good call ;) You are right though, sometimes it's close. But more often than not, it's not. Paint can darken as it dries, especially reds and yellows. It's a ballache having to respray panels AND mask a car to blend if just taking a chance with painting the panels only goes tits up.

If a sprayer isn't blending the colour, especially silver, then they're not doing their job properly. Very rarely will we paint something like a door or a wing and say, "we probably didn't need to blend that" but it's NEVER worth the risk. EVER. Way to expensive to sort if the shade is even...

My 197 has a jack in it, and there was a Renault pack under the passenger seat with 2 tins of Rneault tyre foam. I must have been lucky!

Ph2 172's have greyish/black leather and alcantara seats with white "Renault Sport" embroidery. The back seats have drop down (flush) hearests). Alacantara door cards. Ph2 172 Cups have a grey cloth interior, and a one-peice rear seats base and back. No "Renault Sport" embroidery or anything...

Small drop of thinners might remove the white bits (looks like paint to me). If you can catch any of it with your finger nail then don't waste your time. I'm a painter btw.
