Wont say where as it may be the person's home.
I didnt actually see the number plate as it was in passing but caught the glimpse of a red 182..must be a trophy :) Very close to where I live too !
Anyone here ?
Ok so I just tried phoning these guys and it rang a few times then all I got was 'The other caller has put the phone down'. I must have tried 4 or 5 times and all I got was the same thing.
Doesnt fill me with confidence tbh, anyone else care to try them ?
Yeh I've been informed the pipework on these pattern parts is of a smaller diameter than even the OE Renault stuff so possibly even more restrictive. However might still be worth it if you strapped for cash as I am lol :D
No probs ! :)
I would also like to hear any reviews people have for this site, before I take the plunge.
Edd, yes they do allsorts, just the general motorfactor type things.
Interesting, so the washers may actually make things worse !
I might just leave it then to be honest it only knocks very occasionally when on lock, presumebly wont cause any harm left ?
Cheers
Really ?
What has to be ground away, the strut tops themselves ?
Bit reluctant to start grinding away at the body work, I may try the washers first, if that doesnt work then I'll look at the grinder :p
Cheers Danny
Car is completely standard, only get the creak when I'm reversing or pulling off on full lock, Top mounts sounds feasable, I'll try the washer fix first.

I've just come from an Ibiza Cupra to the 172.
Tbh from my experience the Clio is far far more fun to drive, it feels alive whereas the Biza felt dead and heavy to drive. Dont get me wrong the build quality was inevitably better on the Seat but the drive is nothing like the clio.
I for 1 am...
