i'd say a zetec s to. i had an imperial blue Mk 5 at 19 and owned it for two and a half years up until end of december when i got my 182.
very enjoyable car, quite nippy and handle very well. only downside i'd say is rust but for around 1800-2000 you can pick up a minter.

if youve got a FF 182 then i think the skoda splitter is a must.
as for bulbs i have silvervisions, very popular modification on the clio.

tbh i wouldnt bother if it was my car, the cost of getting all these minor imperfections fixed probably won't equate to the extra money you sell it for.
if i was you i'd advertise it a little bit cheaper and put the money towards the R26 :)

sounds like the headlights need restoring mate, quite common on the clios, use the search bar at the type i search for headlight restoration, you should find a guide on how to do it yourself.
steering wheel- these melt in the sunlight, again a common fault with the clio, will need a new one or...
